此客戶是該國規(guī)模最大的公司之一，其業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域覆蓋快速消耗品、建筑材料、瓷磚廠、造紙廠、科技園、化工廠、糖廠等，從2015年開始與柳工合作，陸續(xù)購買了裝載機(jī)、挖掘機(jī)、滑移裝載機(jī)、壓路機(jī)、叉車、汽車起重機(jī)等50余臺(tái)設(shè)備。

This customer is one of the largest companies in Bangladesh. The company's business covers fast-moving consumer goods, construction materials, tile factories, paper mills, science and technology parks, chemical plants, sugar mills, etc. Since 2015, the customer has been working with LiuGong and has purchased more than 50 units of equipment, including wheel loaders, excavators, skid steer loaders, rollers, forklifts, and truck cranes.

其中，柳工裝載機(jī)憑借遠(yuǎn)超同行的穩(wěn)定性及可靠性獲得客戶高度認(rèn)可。在柳工服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的支持下，其在2017年采購的856H至今已運(yùn)行超過2萬小時(shí)。

LiuGong wheel loaders are lauded by the customer for having high stability and reliability. With efficient services and support from LiuGong team, the 856H the customer purchased in 2017 has been running for more than 20,000 hours to date.

交付活動(dòng)后，客戶邀請(qǐng)柳工團(tuán)隊(duì)和經(jīng)銷商一同參觀其主要工廠。柳工服務(wù)工程師對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了健康檢查，98%的設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)良好。針對(duì)部分有故障的老舊設(shè)備，工程師及時(shí)梳理檢查報(bào)告及修復(fù)建議，客戶對(duì)柳工專業(yè)高效的服務(wù)表示十分滿意。

After delivery of the machinery, the customer invited the LiuGong team and dealers to visit their main factory. LiuGong service engineers conducted a health check on the customer's equipment and 98% of it was in good operating condition. For some older equipment’s problem, the engineers promptly arranged inspection reports and offered repair suggestions. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the services offered.

In 2008, LiuGong began cultivating the Bangladesh market, and its sales increased year by year. In 2017 and 2018, LiuGong ranked first on the local construction machinery sales list and was recognized by the local market, having established a good reputation.
